1. Who we are

Skins Dojo (the "Platform") is operated by Virtual Egroup LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, USA ("we," "us," "our"). Registered address: 300 S Biscayne Blvd, Suite 1503, Miami, FL 33131, US. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What Skins Dojo is

Skins Dojo is a marketplace that lets users buy and sell in-game cosmetic items ("skins") for Counter-Strike 2 ("CS2"). We are an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam. All CS2 items, trademarks, and related content are the property of their respective owners.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Platform. You must have the legal right to use the Steam account and items you connect. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is legal where you live — some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit trading of virtual items, and it is your responsibility to comply with local law.

4. Accounts and Steam connection

You access the Platform by authenticating through Steam. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your Steam credentials and trade access secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement and any applicable trade restrictions (including Steam's trade holds and cooldowns). We are not responsible for actions taken by Valve against your Steam account.

5. Buying and selling

When you list an item for sale, you confirm you are its rightful owner and that it is eligible for trade. When you buy an item, you agree to the listed price. Transfers of items depend on the Steam trading system and may be delayed, held, or blocked by Valve outside our control. We do not guarantee that any trade will complete, and item availability may change at any time. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

6. Fees and payments

Fees, commissions, and any applicable charges are disclosed at the point of transaction. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and your use of those services is subject to their terms. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your transactions.

7. Deposits, balance, and withdrawals

Any balance held on the Platform represents credit for use within the Platform only. It is not a bank deposit, is not stored value in the regulated sense, and earns no interest. Withdrawals and item releases are subject to verification, Steam trade eligibility, and our anti-fraud checks.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose; trade stolen, illegitimately obtained, or fraudulently acquired items; use bots, scrapers, or automated tools except as we permit; attempt to manipulate prices or exploit bugs; circumvent Steam trade restrictions; or resell access to the Platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Development status and availability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." It is under active development, and features may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost items, failed or reversed trades, Steam downtime, third-party actions, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal or security reasons. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
