By making a purchase, you certify that you have read, understood, and agree with this Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy covers the following purchases:
- skins
- total balance

Transactions with Skins
Skins are qualified as digital content (virtual items) and are exempt from the general withdrawal right due to their specifics upon the consumer’s prior express consent.
All transactions with skins are final and can not be reversed.
Transactions with Skins Dojo Total Balance.
This service is deemed to be fully performed at the time of granting you access to Total Balance and Skins Dojo Services accordingly. This case is exempt from the general withdrawal right upon the consumer’s prior express consent.
BY AGREEING TO THIS REFUND POLICY AND MAKING A PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE LOSS OF YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND WAIVE ANY RIGHTS IN CONNECTION THERETO.
YOU MAY REQUEST FOR A REFUND FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
Skin/Service was not delivered.
Please keep in mind that:
We will start processing your purchase once your payment is approved. Usually, it takes seconds to confirm your payment, but it may take longer depending on your payment method. Any delay in payment processing by a payment service provider does not constitute a non-delivery and does not give rise to a refund.
If you purchase a skin that is on a tradelock period, you will receive a virtual copy of this skin that you’ll be able to trade during the tradelock period on Skins Dojo. You will be able to receive this skin into your Steam inventory only after the expiration of the tradelock period. This case is not considered non-delivery.
If you have not received the ordered Skin/Service or received it but not in full, please contact Skins Dojo Support. Once we confirm the non-delivery, we will proceed with the refund.
Fraudulent transactions
If the purchase was made not by you and your payment credentials were used fraudulently, please contact us via the Support widget on our website as soon as possible. We will investigate the case together with our payment service providers, and if the money was fraudulently used, we will proceed with the refund. Otherwise, the refund is not possible.
No Reason
Without specifying the reason, you may request a refund for the transaction to top up your Total Balance within 14 days from the transaction date, provided that you haven’t used the balance and non-crypto currency was used as the Payment Method. We do not do partial refunds.
WHAT IS A PROCESS TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
By default, purchases will be refunded via the payment method used to make the purchase. The amount of time it gets to get the funds would depend on the exact method used.
We do not do refunds in cryptocurrency.
